In my experience, I’ve seen how badly reduced mobility can affect golfers. Once the hips, spine, or glutes begin to lose range of motion, your lower back becomes responsible for managing your body’s weight. This leads to lower back pain which is common amongst golfers. The aim of Painless Golfing is to maximize your range in these key areas, thereby improving your technique and eliminating pain.

We focus on these principles of movement, bringing strength and flexibility to your body so that you can freely move through the full range of motion in your golf swing.
Each program is customized specifically for you, to ensure that the outcomes are in line with your goals. Before we begin, we’ll discuss where you are currently, how your lifestyle affects your routine, and what goals you’d like to hit, then from there I can create a program that is actionable and achievable for you.

Tailored fitness regime that you can do anywhere, from your office, home or hotel – no gyms required!
Monthly check-in calls with me to maintain momentum, answer any questions you may have, and get coaching & feedback on your progress.
The foundation program is designed to be delivered over three months. Most of my clients find this is a great time frame as they can implement necessary changes in their lives while still having ongoing coaching & support. Many of them continue to work with me on new programs once they’ve achieved their initial health goals and are ready to take their results to the next level!
