Hi my name is Jess, and I absolutely love wellness and what the lifestyle of golf has created in my life from community, joy, connection, to even frustration.
It's been the greatest sport i've ever played and by default one of the most painful as well, I think taking a club 1,00+ times in the same direction might cause an imbalance so as a recreational golfer its been life changing for me to balance my body while managing the pain before I play!
With over 10+ years of experience in the health and fitness industry and 5 of those in the golf fitness industry I found myself in a niche helping golfers in many ways.

TPI 1 Level 1 Golf Fitness Trainer
Yoga + Pilates Instructor since 2011
ACE Personal Trainer since 2012
I have competed in over 5+ fitness competitions ranging from the United States Powerlifting Association, to the World Long Drive where I hit my longest drive on the Grid in Mesquite at 239 Yards back in 2018!
Ive also learned over 15+ Activities over my life from Gymnastics, Softball,Swim, Waterpolo, Cheer, Track in high school to Pickle ball, Golf, Tennis,Volleyball, and Soccer as an Adult.
I love being active and playing sports I mostly enjoy Hiking, Trail Running, Weight Lifting, Biking, Walking, and my new obsession with Kundalini Yoga.
Regardless of my obsession with movement and sports or activity I want you to know that I have thought long and hard about this program and I am really proud of myself. I hope you use it and enjoy it!
I can't make any promises but I will say that by staying limber and moving slower and warming your body up before you begin harsh movements or big turns and swings you will prevent injury and damage and keep you playing the sport we both love longer!
