About Me
HI I'm Jess, I am a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Golf Performance Coach and Fitness Trainer. I have spent the last decade as a Yoga and Pilates Instructor and certified ISSA Nutritionist.
I personally lost 50lbs in 2009.I competed in over 6 fitness competitions from powerlifting to the World Long drive. I have struggled with crash diets, negative self talk, physical limitations that held me back from being able to do the activities I love and bad habits.
With over 10 years of experience in the health and fitness industry and 4 of those in the golf fitness industry I found a specialized niche in helping golfers eliminate back pain while increasing drive distance.
